Distinguish Yourself and Your Business through IREI

The International Real Estate Institute (IREI) offers its members three distinctive designations. For all designations except Affiliate Member, applicant must have formal education in the form of degree program coursework or continuing education, which may include:

• Night courses pertaining to real estate issues
• Relevant coursework completed through other organizations
• Seminar on real estate studies

In lieu of the above, applicant must have experience in real estate valuation, consulting or property management; real estate, personal property or machinery/equipment appraisal/valuation; or investment, finance management or project development. Real estate agents/brokers, counselors, architects, planners, mortgage underwriters, review appraisers and business valuers also qualify. Designated Membership

RPM - Registered Property Manager

This designation applies to real estate professionals whose primary area of expertise involves property management.

SCV - Senior Certified Valuer

This designation applies to real estate professionals involved with finance, development and investment.

RIM - Registered International Member

A primary objective of IREI is to provide a global network of reliable contacts for its members. As an RIM, your contact information will go into our international database - enabling you to contact other professionals while allowing potential customers to contact you.

Affiliate Member

This membership level offers the same association benefits without a professional designation.

Corporate Membership

Open to organizations who have met the International Real Estate's standards of integrity, commitment, experience, education and financial stability in the International Property Market. Upon acceptance, members receive all journals, newsletters, special periodicals, and program announcements.

Associate Membership

This classification of membership is available to those interested in International Real Estate, but are ineligible to become a designated member, such as educations, students, businessmen interested in the International Market, and others wishing to keep abreast of International Real Estate trends. Associate members receive all of IREI's membership publications and program announcements.
